112 Ounces of Pudding

**SPOILERS**
– If you haven’t seen ‘The Walking Dead’ season 1-4 and a half, DO NOT READ this. Unless you don’t care, then read it.

‘The Walking Dead’ returned to our zombie-free existence yesterday, teaching us all the importance of buying a samurai sword and being bad-ass. It’s been a long break without any “walker” action, and the episode didn’t disappoint… that is if you like watching people look for supplies, find supplies and then eat said supplies with breaks for predictable zombie fighting in between. I especially liked the part at the very end, you know, the one with next weeks preview? Yeah, that was cool.

The episode wasn’t terrible, just a little too much time spent on three characters. Maybe it’s just that I was hoping to get a glimpse of everyone after the events of the mid-season finals (much death, very blood), but there’s only so much Carl Grimes one can tolerate before their brain turns to 112 ounces of pudding. I liked the lesson Carl learnt, but it was a little too drawn out for my liking.

Michonne’s storyline was more interesting, as we finally got to see some of her back-story. God, even her emotional breakdowns are bad-ass… Rick could learn a thing or two.

And as if the return of ‘The Walking Dead’ wasn’t enough, we got 15 minutes of cast interviews/sneak peaks for ‘Game of Thrones’ season 4 (link below). The upcoming episodes look amazing, both from a story and a visual perspective, and the dragons get even bigger! The cast looks pumped and so am I.

What did you think of the episode/trailer? Let me know by pressing the comment button thing okay? Okay. IMAGE
